Biography

Harold has been in Jacksonville since June 1973 and he has been with Watson Realty since March 1992 specializing in residential real estate. For Harold and his wife, there's something magical about living in Jacksonville with such easy access to the beaches area. Years ago living in Charleston, Harold had his first taste of beach life and couldn't have enjoyed it more. "There's so much to love about living near the water. I can't imagine living in an area far from the water."
Over the years, Harold has enjoyed volunteering on numerous boards and committees of his local church. Also a proud volunteer and member of Georgia Tech's Alumni Association, he understands how important it is to share with others in the community his enthusiasm and positive outlook on life.
As a retired corporate executive and electrical engineer, Harold's ability to help clients through the complex contract process and his analytical skills are just a few reasons why so many turn to him for all of their real estate needs.
Currently living in a Del Webb 'over 55' community, Harold finds the lifestyle and activities that are available to be extremely relaxing. Serving on various homeowner association boards in the community allows him to stay in touch with the current wishes of the residents. Harold is a member of the men's golf group and enjoys playing golf at the many courses that are available in the Jacksonville area.
